Job Profile:
CoordinatingtheentireTPMactivity&InternalAuditactivitiesandreportingtoPlantHead(GM).
PreparationofPillarwisePresentation.
Handles Customer Complaints
Preparing Presentations of Rejection Analysis and presents it to the management.
Conducting IPO & Process Audits in order to continually refine the process Structure.
Preparation of IPO & SOP for different Manufacturing Processes involved.
Responsible for 1S 2S Audits in order to create a better & Organized Workplace.
Conducting SPC Tests (Statistical Process Control Charts) to analyze Machine behavior.
