Job Description
This is a remote position.
Work Schedule:
Communicate daily with brokers regarding truck availability and load opportunities
Coordinate with drivers for load assignments and status updates
Monitor and manage fleet availability across different locations
Send daily availability reports to brokers before 7 AM
Maintain regular communication via email and phone with both brokers and drivers
Update and maintain relevant logistics software systems
Ensure timely delivery and pickup of loads
Track and document all logistics operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in logistics or dispatch operations preferred
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency with email and phone communication tools
Adaptability to learn and use companyspecific software systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detailoriented with good problemsolving abilities
Scope:
Managing communications for fleet of 514 trucks
Direct coordination with drivers and broker (Siva Logistics)
Remote position with full integration into company operations
