Trouw Nutrition is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead our warehousing inventory and logistics functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive efficiency safety and performance in a dynamic highgrowth environment.

Your Role & Responsibilities
As Warehouse & Logistics Manager you will:
Develop & Implement Policies Establish and maintain best practices for safe compliant and costeffective warehouse and logistics operations.
Oversee Inventory & Stock Management Ensure accuracy space utilization and effective stock control to meet business needs.
Manage Logistics & Distribution Optimize transportation and distribution networks to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
Lead & Develop the Team Foster a highperformance culture ensuring collaboration training and accountability.
Drive Continuous Improvement Utilize lean methodologies and industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure Compliance Maintain strict adherence to safety quality and legal standards across all logistics activities.
Collaborate Across Teams Work closely with colleagues across the business and the Atlantic region to align operations with strategic goals.
What Were Looking For
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar warehouse/logistics leadership role managing both 3PL providers and own fleet operations.
Education: A degree in logistics supply chain management or a related field is an advantage.
Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to lead motivate and develop teams while fostering a culture of collaboration.
Analytical & ProblemSolving Skills: Strong ability to assess challenges and implement effective solutions.
Lean & Continuous Improvement Mindset: Knowledge of warehouse optimization lean practices and process improvement is a plus.
