Job Description:
We are seeking a Logistics Sampling Associate to support night shift operations within our Logistics department. The associate is responsible for sampling and handling incoming raw materials maintaining cleanroom standards and ensuring compliance with cGMP and SOPs. This position plays a key role in supporting manufacturing readiness and material quality assurance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform aseptic sampling of powdered and liquid raw materials from various container types (bags barrels totes etc.).
- Execute material transfers using powered industrial equipment and document movements in SAP.
- Conduct testing and peer reviews following SOPs and cGMP standards.
- Maintain cleanroom and tools with daily/weekly/monthly sanitation protocols.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Perform safety inspection walkthroughs and participate in audits.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and qualified trainer for department procedures.
- Utilize systems such as SAP LIMs iLab Track wise and DMS for data entry and tracking.
- Support general logistics duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
Requirements:
- Aseptic sampling techniques and cleanroom experience.
- Strong understanding of cGMP and SOP compliance.
- Ability to operate powered material handling equipment.
- Proficiency in SAP and at least one of the following: LIMs Track wise DMS iLab.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Physically capable of lifting/transferring materials and standing for long periods.
- 12 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment (pharma biotech or similar).
- Experience with raw material sampling cleanroom sanitation and system-based inventory/logistics.
- High School Diploma or GED (Required).
- Associates degree or higher in a science or technical field (Preferred).
