DASA is seeking a fulltime Service Manager Alternative to Custody (ATC) based in Alice Springs NT.
This pivotal leadership role is responsible for managing a 10bed residential rehabilitation program for Aboriginal women engaged with or at risk of entering the justice system. You will oversee the development and delivery of therapeutic life skills and cultural programs while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Leading and managing program development in line with best practices
Overseeing occupancy rates and ensuring effective program engagement
Providing operational supervision and performance management support
Planning coordinating and problemsolving ATC community challenges
Managing intake processes resident care and discharge planning
Driving continuous improvement initiatives for program effectiveness
Facilitating team meetings case reviews and reporting activities
Ensuring compliance with WHS standards and therapeutic community regulations
Engaging with stakeholders including government agencies and community partners

To succeed in this role you will need a strong leadership background program management experience and an understanding of therapeutic community models.
Essential qualifications and experience:
Diploma in Community Services AOD Mental Health Case Management or Human Services (or willingness to obtain)
Minimum 7 years relevant experience including management roles
Strong leadership skills with experience in staff supervision and performance management
Expertise in therapeutic community models motivational interviewing and risk assessment
Experience developing and implementing rehabilitation programs
Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders external agencies and community partners
Cultural awareness and a deep respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
Valid NT Drivers License National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check (Ochre Card)
Availability for oncall duties on a rotating roster
Highly regarded skills:
Experience in change management or project management
Knowledge of the Northern Territory Aboriginal Justice Agreement
Familiarity with Mimaso client management system
