Job Purpose

Your role as HR Advisor will be to solve the HRrelated queries of our employees and leaders and make sure their interaction with HR results in a great experience.

Job description:

• Own peoples inquiries about HR policies and procedures understand their needs investigate options seek solutions and partner with other HR colleagues to resolve the inquiries.
• Work in close connection with our warehouse site managers to support withbenefits policies & procedures advising and supporting employees during various workplacerelated concerns and allegations ensuring a fair and equitable work environment and appropriately resolving misconduct.
• Actively work in Workday (our HR management system) and Service Now
• Guide and train employees and managers in the new HR systems and service delivery model
• Support the delivery of the HR Cycle with administrative tasks related to onboarding annual performance management job moves exit etc.
• Ensure the accuracy compliance and effectiveness of various HRrelated documents. Key documentation review responsibilities could include Employee Records HR Policies & Procedures Compliance Auditing and Benefits & Compensation. Mitigate potential legal and compliance risks through diligent review and maintenance of documentation.

As for the skillset and experience we are looking for:

• Indepth knowledge of UK labour laws as well as a strong foundation and understanding of HR principles practices and legal compliance requirements
• Experience in resolving employee relations issues.
• Great collaboration and communication skills
• Fluency in written and verbal English
• Experience in Workday or other HRIS would be an asset.
