Critical Tasks (Maximum Critical tasks)
- Engage with customers during the sales process to gather technical requirements and provide recommendations on cloud solution architecture
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits of their offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals RFP responses and presentations.
- Provide technical expertise to address customer questions concerns and objections.
- Work with the implementation team to ensure smooth handover of projects after the sale.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI Cloud and Digital Product e.g. Adobe Salesforce features and updates.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and technical documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organisations.
Required candidate background/skills
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales technical consulting or solution architecture with a strong emphasis on cloud or AI solutions.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with leading cloud service providers such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.
- Cloud certifications are highly desirable. Strong understanding of digital application development on cloud and digital transformation methodologies. AI/ML concepts are a plus.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into tailored impactful technical solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of overcoming technical challenges.
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering engaging product demonstrations technical presentations and comprehensive customer-facing documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset capable of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel as needed for client engagements.
