We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive with 3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting sourcing and hiring top IT talent contributing significantly to our organizations growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Identify attract and recruit top IT talent through various channels including job boards social media networking events and employee referrals.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting screening interviewing negotiating offers and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effectivesourcing strategies
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining transparent communication throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition preferably within an IT services or technology company.
- Strong understanding of IT roles technologies and industry trends
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with campus recruitment and technical hiring drives.
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams
