Job Description
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
- Lead and participate in the weekly New Business meetings and cross-functional project discussions.
- Track and report on acquisition status site feasibility and risk factors.
- Contribute to market strategy and product planning as requested.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree and/or 2-5 years equivalent combination of experience in multifamily real estate land procurement commercial brokerage planning or related field preferred.
- Must have strong presentation promotion negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Excel PowerPoint Word Adobe and project management tools.
- Willingness to travel regionally on a regular basis within Ohio and bordering states.
- Must be able to demonstrate being self-motivated highly organized detail-oriented and results-driven.
