Director Finance Operations & Invoice to Cash

Why We Have This Role

Qualtrics is experiencing an exciting period of growth and transformation creating unique opportunities and challenges for our Finance organization. We are seeking a Director of Finance Operations and Invoice to Cash to partner with our CFO in optimizing finance operations and transforming the Quote to Cash process. This highimpact role will significantly influence the future of Qualtrics and requires strategic thinking operational expertise and strong leadership skills.

This role will report directly into the CFO.

Things Youll Do

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO providing insights on financial performance market trends and growth opportunities.
  • Lead and manage key strategic projects ensuring timely and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the finance departments effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Create and present comprehensive reports and analyses to various audiences including executive leadership and the board of directors.
  • Drive key transformative programs such as the Long Term Plan and Integrated Strategic/Financial Annual Plan.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between finance and crossfunctional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Oversee and enhance the Invoice to Cash process managing the collections team and ensuring they meet targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved effectively.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency within the Invoice to Cash workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations during the of the new invoice to cash process.
  • Continuously monitor and improve collections strategies by benchmarking against industry best practices.

  • 10 years of experience in collections or a related field with a strong understanding of collection strategies and best practices.
  • Proven project management skills with a track record of driving successful crossfunctional outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication abilities demonstrated by a strong executive presence and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in developing and managing strategic initiatives that drive measurable improvements in financial performance.
  • A demonstrated history of leading and managing highperforming teams including coaching and motivating team members.
