Job Description
The OTC (OrdertoCash) Operations Analyst is responsible for managing the endtoend OTC cycle including order processing invoicing accounts receivable credit management collections and dispute resolution.
This role requires working in the US shift to support business operations ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
