Overview
This highly visible role leads the endtoend annual planning cycle for the organization
directly partnering with Sales leadership (SVPs) and Csuite executives. The position
requires exceptional program management expertise to guarantee accountability timely
execution and measurable outcomes across all sales planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and own a rigorous annual planning framework encompassing clear stage gates
deliverables and executive review cadences.
Implement robust tracking mechanisms to drive accountability and ensure the ontime
completion of all planning milestones.
Establish and manage program governance structures to proactively identify risks and
enable swift mitigation.
Lead executivelevel program reviews utilizing structured scorecards that maintain focus
on critical path items.
Create escalation protocols to resolve bottlenecks without compromising quality or
deadlines.
Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation including decision logs
RACI matrices and dependencies maps.
Qualifications :
Requirements
12 years of experience in Sales Operations or similar roles within SaaS or enterprise
software companies.
Strong program management certification preferred (PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent).
Demonstrated success in implementing program governance frameworks that deliver
results on deadline.
