What we do:
TheDemand to Pay (D2P) departmentbrings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with endtoend D2P services & solutions tailored to their needs. The teams provide customer service to Roche affiliates on D2P systems and processes (Accounts Payable Payment Management Order & Contract Management) ensuring endtoend process completion in line with our customerfocused principles. We are a team that works very closely together to ensure good employee relations anticipate our customers future needs and proactively develop solutions.
Your Opportunity:

• You process and validate PO based and direct invoices and payment requests managing payments

• You manage vendor accounts

• You report and support AP invoice resolution

• You handle affiliates internal invoice queries

• You promote strong collaborative relationships between the affiliates finance teams and all other internal SSC teams

Who you are:

• You have university degree in Finance or relevant professional experience

• You have a general understanding of finance processes and standards. Experience using SAP is an advantage

• You have strong communication and advisory skills and you are able to deal with complex issues

• You have endtoend accountability problemsolving skills growth & agile mindset in ambiguous situations

• You have proficiency in English and French

Salary starts from 1900 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidates level of experience skills and qualifications.
