Description
- Tire Inspection:From identifying areas requiring repair through to the final product quality control and a keen eye for detail are required.
- Tire Skiving:Operating hand tools to preform cutting and skiving in preparation for repair.
- Tire Repair:Prepare and preform repairs including those inside large OTR tires for repair ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Independent Work:Work independently in a fastpaced environment demonstrating efficiency and attention to detail.
- Safety Focus:Maintain a safety mindset and adhere to all safety procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
- Mechanical Aptitude:Previous mechanical experience or aptitude is preferred.
- Safety Conscious:Ability to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols.
- Physical Stamina:Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks.
- Team Player:Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working collaboratively in a highperforming team environment.
- Tire Repair Knowledge:Preferred that you are familiar with tire maintenance and repair knowledge.
- Forklift Experience:Prior experience operating forklifts is an asset.
