Job Description

As the Branch Administrator  you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administration accounts and customer service support for the Auckland Wiri branch .  This is a busy varied and interesting role where your responsibilities will include: 

  • Providing frontline customer services
  • General office duties including ordering supplies preparing purchase orders and maintaining registers
  • Completing month end processes
  • Administering training records for the Branch
  • Completing the administration work for deliveries including UGCs credit notes etc.
  • Reconciling driver run sheets
  • Checking UGCs have been recorded and upload into VE and creating credit notes.
  • Writing up Cylinder Exchange Dockets for customers coming into branch to exchange cylinders.
  • Providing support for the Branch Operations Manager as required.

This role is Monday to Friday 40 hours per day  start time is 7am/8am. 


Qualifications :

As well as been a great team member who takes pride in their work and has get up and go you will have:

  • Previous experience in a Senior Administrator Office Manager Customer Service Accounts or equivalent role
  • Proficient at using computer software including Word Excel and Outlook  
  • Accounts/finance skills including debtors creditors reconciliations invoicing and month end processes
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Attention to detail to problem solving skills
  • Excellent relationship management skills .
