Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the branch team to achieve business growth and operational excellence focusing on unsecured business loans and customer-centric solutions.
Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition retention and business development while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Oversee daily branch operations including loan processing collections and customer service ensuring efficiency and satisfaction.
Monitor financial performance including budgeting and profitability while identifying and mitigating operational and credit risks.
Evaluate team performance provide coaching and drive productivity to achieve branch targets effectively.
Having experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) sales will be considered a significant advantage.
