Contract Mammography Technologist - Primary Care FT Days

Imagen Technologies is a highgrowth healthcare startup enabling patients to be diagnosed treated and managed at their primary care appointment (vs. having to refer out to hospitals imaging centers and other slow and expensive options). Today weve built an AIenabled platform that enables patients to receive immediate diagnostic tests immediate results and immediate next steps all in a single Primary Care appointment. For example: through our platform women across the U.S. are now receiving comprehensive breast imaging results and specialistdriven next steps at their local Primary Care office condensing a multimonth diagnostic journey into 60 minutes.

With over $160m in funding from Google Ventures and some of the largest clinical networks in the country we are rapidly expanding this platform across the U.S. from 16 states and 500000 patients in 2023 to 20 states and 1.5M patients in 2024. By 2026 we will be delivering care across 35 states and to more than 5m patients per year.

Were hiring for a contract Mammography Technologist for 3 months to perform 2D/3D screening mammography at two local primary care practices in Downey and Long Beach CA. You will be working at wellestablished forwardthinking primary care practices expanding their diagnostic service offerings to include screening and diagnostic mammography. Our ideal candidates are detailoriented flexible and excellent communicators.

Position Details:

• This role is a contract position with a MondayFriday FT days schedule
• No night or weekend coverage and no oncall requirements!
• Primary care settings in Downey and Long Beach CA. Please note this is NOT a mobile position

As a Mammography Technologist you will:

• Perform 2D/3D screening and diagnostic mammography studies independently
• Perform all required QC testing data entry and mammography tracking documentation tasks with support as needed from Lead Technologist
• Assist patients from checkin through exam completion and provide patients with white glove compassionate service

You should get in touch if you:

• Currently hold an ARRT certification in mammography & radiography
• Currently hold California CRT licenses in both xray and mammography
• Currently meet MQSA requirements to perform mammography independently
• Have 1 or more years of experience with both 2D and 3D modalities
• You are able to lift or move 50 pounds unassisted

The hourly rate for this position is $45.00 to $65.00/hour. Please note that the hourly range is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location.
