Your Mission

Reporting to the Senior Manager and Operations Director your primary goal is to deliver outstanding results that align with our operating model and values. By ensuring excellent delivery maintaining strong client relationships and fostering team collaboration youll play a vital role in improving operating profit driving client satisfaction and increasing market share.

What Youll Do

• Lead and support a team of Mobilisation Coordinators Estimators and Customer Support Advisors.

• Oversee day-to-day contract management including resource allocation safety compliance budgeting and quality assurance.

• Be the go-to liaison between field teams clients and internal departments.

• Champion safe high-quality and timely project delivery with a right-first-time approach.

• Maximise profitability through effective margin control and commercial decision-making.

• Promote process improvements risk management and lessons learned.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction.

• Ensure prompt conversion of sales into revenue and effective mobilisation of larger projects.
