Waiter / Waitress (m/f/d) Full-time with 3 days off (MonWed)
Bavarian warmth meets modern flair
Starting September 1st we are looking for a friendly and dedicated full-time waiter/waitress (m/f/d) with good German skills for our modern Bavarian-style restaurant in Steinach near Straubing. Monday to Wednesday are our regular days off enjoy structured hours and a professional welcoming work environment.

Your tasks
- Friendly and professional table service (120 seats inside 100 outside)
- Preparation before service begins
- Communicating with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Teamwork with kitchen and front of house
Your profile
- Good German language skills required
- Well-groomed and friendly appearance
- Communication skills team spirit reliability
- Experience in hospitality is a plus
Working hours
- MondayWednesday: days off
- ThursdaySaturday: 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
- Sunday: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- Paid vacation according to contract
Tips
Tips are shared fairly between service and kitchen staff. The kitchen receives a share for working from 5 p.m. to close. A generous amount of tips is regularly earned by the service team.
Contract
4-month fixed-term contract (trial period). Option to switch to a permanent position afterward.
Accommodation (optional)
Affordable single-room apartments in Steinach (within walking distance): Private bathroom and kitchenette. 500 /month including heating. Internet available separately. Good bus connections. Straubing is only 10 km away.
