Job Description
Our client in the FMCG Foods industry is seeking a Debtors Administrator to join them in Cullinan Gauteng. The successful candidate will have experience on Sage Evolution or Business Central.
Duties & Responsibilities
Geographical area: Cullinan Gauteng
Salary range: R 18000.00 R 23000.00 CTC pm
The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
- Debtors Age Analysis
- Produce daily age analysis to manage outstanding debtors over terms and limits
- Distribute statements
- Identify overdue debtors
- Generating invoices and credit notes
- Managing debtors queries
- Document control
Minimum qualifications and experience:
- Grade 12 with accounting as subject
- 23 years debtors experience
- Experience with MS Excel and Sage Evolution / Business Central
