Job Title: IT System Administrator (m/w/d)
Location: Geretsried Germany (close to Munich)
Remote Work: Hybrid (up to 2 days of home office per week)
Travel: Local client visits within a 45-minute radius
Salary: 45000 - 60000
Relocation Support: Financial assistance available

Our client is an established IT Services company specializing in IT security project management and IT infrastructure for SMEs including accountants doctors and lawyers. With over 20 years in the industry the company prides itself on teamwork collaboration and short decision-making paths. Due to growing demand they are expanding their team and opening a new office in western Munich.

Plan implement and develop IT infrastructure projects
Manage and administer Microsoft or Linux environments
Install develop and support customer IT environments
Provide remote & on-site support to clients
Support pre-sales activities by assisting the sales team with technical insights
Set up and manage cloud projects
Configure hardware and software for client environments
3 years of experience in IT administration/infrastructure
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure/365 Exchange SQL
Server administration experience (Windows or Linux)
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a solution-oriented manner
German (B2) Required for client communication
English (C1) Essential for technical documentation and internal collaboration
Preferred: IT-related degree or equivalent qualification
Big Plus: Apprenticeship as Fachinformatiker fr Systemintegration
