Assist users with inquiries related to products services orders or technical issues.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically.
Document all customer interactions in the system accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Follow company procedures and meet servicelevel agreements (SLAs).
Fluent Romanian (C1 or native level).
Good English (B1/B2 for internal communication and training.
Previous customer support or contact center experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Willingness to work onsite in Sofia.
