About the Role
As a Customer Service Executive youll be the first point of contact for our supplier clients. Youll support them with queries ensure smooth service delivery and collaborate with our Account Managers to provide a best-in-class customer experience.
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to start your career in a dynamic international data-driven environment.
What Youll Do
Respond to client queries via phone email or online channels
Develop a solid understanding of NIQ Brandbank services and tools
Support scheduling workflows and operational queries
Work closely with Account Managers to keep clients happy and supported
Provide regular reporting to meet customer and business needs
What Were Looking For
Fresh graduates (any field!) eager to build a career in customer service & data
Strong communication skills in Polish & English
A positive proactive mindset and willingness to learn
Some customer service experience is a plus (but not a must!)
Availability to work 15:00 23:00
