Your key responsibilities

• Support our clients in implementing new accounting standards adapting and transforming their Finance function reporting processes and operating model striking an optimal balance between effectiveness efficiency and control
• Collaborate with the EY FAAS leadership in Switzerland to develop and execute on strategies for individual clients to satisfy high client expectations
• Work with specialists from different departments and subject matter experts in providing an integrated service delivery model across functions in an international team to meet our clients high expectations
• Ensure everyone on the team fully understands the clients business needs and expectations to develop client deliverables that are clientfocused clear accurate and wellpresented
• Ensure work is delivered in a timely manner and in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Engage and develop new opportunities related to new FAAS projects solutions and relationships

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor or Master degree complemented with a further relevant professional education (e.g. Swiss Certified Accountant CPA or ACCA)
• 6 8years of relevant experience in Audit and/or Consulting incl. expertisein latest IFRS developments
• Proactive flexible and teamoriented from concept and design through to implementation of projects. You have an intellectual curiosity and you are willing to go the extra mile
• Ability to leverage your relevant external network and build your internal networks in a fastpaced and international environment investing in sustainable relationships
• English and French are a prerequisite
