Our client a leading oil and gas company in Lagos seeks to hire a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities within the sector.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the oil and gas sector.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends customer needs and competitor strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and key stakeholders.
Develop proposals presentations and contracts to support business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor and analyze sales performance reporting key findings to management.
Participate in industry events conferences and networking activities to expand business reach.
Negotiate and close business deals in alignment with company goals.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or HND in sales & marketing or any relevant fields
Proven experience in sales preferably in the oil and gas sector selling upstream .
DPS certification is compulsory
Knowledge of the renewable energy and blockchain sectors is an advantage.
