Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive overall sales operations in West India region.
- Meet and exceed yearly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate new business leads and ensure sustained regional business expansion.
- Specify products with architects structural consultants and PMCs to ensure alignment with technical and pre-qualification requirements.
- Manage and expand channel partner network ensuring healthy relationships and performance in the region.
- Monitor competitor activities and proactively strategize to maintain market leadership.
Provide regular sales forecasts pipeline updates and market intelligence reports to senior leadership
