About the Role:
We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager for a leading Fintech organization in the Supply Chain Finance domain. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in leading sales teams and driving business in the financial services space.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales executives across assigned locations.
Drive revenue growth through effective customer acquisition strategies in Supply Chain Finance.
Build and nurture strong client relationships with corporates and channel partners.
Ensure the team achieves monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Monitor team performance and provide necessary training and support.
Collaborate with internal teams (credit operations etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales with at least 2 years in team handling.
Strong understanding of Supply Chain Finance or relevant financial products.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication leadership and people management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
Preferred Industry Background:
Fintech NBFCs or Banking institutions with exposure to SME/Corporate lending or Supply Chain Finance.
