Job Title: Assistant Principal
Location: Eustace Intermediate School
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced education professional to join our team at Eustace Intermediate School as an Assistant Principal. This position plays a crucial role in fostering a positive collaborative and efficient learning environment for our students and staff.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Principal in the overall administration of the school.
2. Support the development and implementation of educational programs assessments and activities.
3. Collaborate with teachers to enhance instructional methods and create a curriculum that meets students needs.
4. Foster a school culture that promotes respect inclusivity and student engagement.
5. Handle disciplinary matters and ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
6. Engage with parents and community members to build strong relationships and communication channels.
7. Participate in professional development activities and stay updated with educational best practices and research.

3. Ability to develop and implement innovative educational strategies.

Certifications:
Candidates must hold relevant certifications in educational leadership or administration. A Masters degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
