Role Responsibilities:
- Assist the principal in managing daily school operations.
- Support the development and implementation of school policies.
- Oversee academic programs and ensure compliance with curriculum standards.
- Facilitate communication between staff students and parents.
- Conduct regular classroom observations to ensure quality instruction.
- Address and resolve student behavioral issues effectively.
- Develop and implement professional development programs for staff.
- Manage and support extracurricular activities and programs.
- Monitor student performance and provide necessary interventions.
- Assist in budget preparation and resource allocation.
- Promote a safe and positive learning environment.
- Encourage parental involvement and community engagement.
- Coordinate with local education authorities and other stakeholders.
- Evaluate and mentor teachers and staff members.
- Participate in school improvement planning and data analysis.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Education or related field.
- Proven experience in educational leadership or administration.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and assessment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.
- Valid teaching certification or licensure.
- Experience with school management systems.
- Ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Effective problem-solving and crisis management abilities.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Knowledge of education laws and regulations.
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with students and parents.
