Role Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership to the academic and administrative functions of the school.
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation to ensure high academic standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student success and well-being.
- Manage staff recruitment training and evaluation to build a high-performing team.
- Engage with parents community members and stakeholders to promote the school s mission.
- Develop and manage the school budget to ensure financial sustainability.
- Implement policies and best practices for school safety and student discipline.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance instructional quality.
- Provide guidance to students regarding academic and behavioral issues.
- Conduct regular assessments of educational programs and initiatives.
- Promote extracurricular activities to encourage student involvement and growth.
- Utilize data to drive improvements in student achievement and teaching effectiveness.
- Coordinate with district and state education officials to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Advocate for resources and support to address the diverse needs of the school community.
- Monitor and report on school performance metrics to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Master s degree in Education or related field.
- Proven experience as a school principal or in other managerial positions within education.
- Strong understanding of educational policies and regulations in India.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in developing and managing school budgets.
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in using data to inform decision-making.
- Strong commitment to student success and educational excellence.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive school environment.
- Knowledge of curriculum development and assessment practices.
- Experience in conflict resolution and crisis management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to embrace innovative approaches to education.
