Job Title Sr. Manager Digital Analyst.
Reports to Senior VP.
Location: Thane.
Responsibilities:
- A Bachelor orMasters Degree in a quantitative field (Operations Research Computer ScienceEngineering Applied Math Economics Statistics AnalyticsManagement/Business Information Systems or related degree)
- Minimum of 10years of related work experience
- Data managementand visualization skills / tools in one or all of the following (SQL KNIMETableau Power BI or similar).
- Strong businessacumen & communication skills including the ability to deliver a clearstory to influence agreement to your recommendations with data and insights.
Experienceconducting quantitative and qualitative analysis with analytics techniques tosolve defined business problems. - Selfmotivated towork with diverse business scenarios prioritizing multiple priorities and havea business and consultancy mindset while technically (data) savvy andpassionate about discovering new/better ways of doing things!

Requirements:
- Post Graduate /Graduate from premier institute.
- 8 10 yearsexperience in Analytics. Preferably from Fintech / BFSI / NBFC industry.
- Excellentcommunication and leadership skills to lead and motivate a growing and changingservice operation The ability to engage with directors and managers at alllevels across the wider business to achieve goals and objectives.
- Ability tomultitask and remain calm under pressure especially during peak hours orintense situations.
- Exceptionalinterpersonal customer service problemsolving verbal and writtencommunication and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge ofmanagement principles and familiarity with company products services andpolicies.
- Strong coachingand leadership skills ability to motivate employees.
