The Marketing Manager Digital & Paid Channels is part of a dynamic innovative team of digital professionals in developing and deploying sustainable best practice digital marketing capabilities demand generation and brand building programs to enable customer acquisition and engagement across our global marketing teams.
The Marketing Manager Digital & Paid Channels will lead the design implementation and optimization of digital customer journeys across all marketing channels. This role will be responsible for creating seamless personalized experiences that guide prospects through the buying journey leveraging both paid and owned channels to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Work with the demand generation and creative teams to strategize on best practice scalable campaign execution and programmatic advertising models to drive consistent and repeatable demand creation across multiple sectors geographies and products. Emphasis on standardized documented data-driven and account-based.
- Oversee and manage the digital paid search social and display advertising campaigns and organic channels.
- Monitor and optimize journey touchpoints to improve conversion rates
- Analyze customer behavior data to identify opportunities for journey optimization
- Collaborate with content creative and sales teams to ensure message consistency
- Implement testing strategies to continuously improve journey effectiveness
- Partner with agency to purchase media and manage related budgets and outcomes
- Partner with agency freelancers and creative team on SEO strategies
- Stays on top of industry trends and new technologies to keep Cielos tech-enabled marketing strategy leading edge
- Manage the creation and delivery of scheduled and ad hoc reports providing analysis and using the data to provide recommendations to improve process and performance
- Develop orchestration recommendations of account- based campaign management
Qualifications :
- Marketing Business or other relevant degree focus preferred
- Minimum of five years experience in a digital marketing role
- Proven track record in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong experience with marketing automation platforms
- Demonstrated success in conversion rate optimization
- Experience with digital analytics and attribution modeling
- Understanding of customer journey mapping and optimization
- Superior judgment data management and reporting experience
- Manages complex information and team and stakeholder requests
- Trained and certified expert on Marketo Google Analytics and Salesforce platforms (or market-equivalent marketing automation and CRM tools)
- Strong understanding of account-based technology principles and strategy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelors degree required
