As our GONGHead Mixologist you will create a seamless setting elevating the guest experience to new heights(literally) yes the rumours are true we really are one of the most luxurious and highprofile bars in London!

Were in search of a Head Mixologist with experience in a similar setting someone whos a connoisseur of wines and spirits and who exudes professionalism in appearance and attitude. You will be creating cocktails and training the Bar team. Your role extends beyond GONG; youll be an integral part of ShangriLa Hotel embracing our values and beliefs. Your tasks will span crafting cocktails serving guests with skill maintaining flawless stock rotation and ensuring a seamless liquor service.

As the cocktail bar ambassador you will be able to plan out and track the bars beverage strategy sales strategy. You must maintain a service philosophy which serves as a guide to all staff members. To create and continuously drive to create a beverage programme in line with our position as a 5* luxury hotel. To encourage all bar staff to compete in worldwide competitions to increase knowledge and attention to our beverage programme. Maintain menu development and product lines whilst ensuring all bar tenders are delivering consistent quality.

Your team are one of the most dedicated creative and passionate teams in the industry. Their energy drive and ambitions will be led by you and you will be accountable for their performance ultimately giving performance feedback back to our admired and experienced Director of Bars and Restaurants.

Does this sound like you

• You have experience in a luxury preferably a 5 Star Hotel or outletenvironment and known for being flexible reliable and adaptable

• A thorough knowledge of cocktails wines & spirits andKnowledge of Food & Beverage systems

• You have a have full and comprehensive working knowledge of running a bar team.
• You can demonstrate your established administration and operational experience at interview
• Within your previous roles you are able to showcase how you maximize profit whilst maintaining high standards at all times quality
• You are able to exceed customer expectations and drive your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• You have a warm friendly and stylish character people really love to work for you and with you always giving 100
• Your always friendly motivational and elegant in your service style and standards
