As XOi enters a pivotal stage of growth were hiring our first dedicated Head of Sales Operations a foundational role that will shape the future of our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and directly impact our ability to scale revenue with precision and confidence. This is more than a systems role; its a strategic partner to Sales and the broader GTM organization.
You will architect the operational backbone of our revenue engine building the processes tools and frameworks that drive pipeline visibility forecasting accuracy and performance clarity. Your work will empower our teams to move faster make smarter decisions and deliver consistent measurable results. Initially you will roll up your sleeves to build the foundation by digging into the data refining systems and standing up key processes. Over time you will lead the effort to scale the SalesOps function including hiring and developing a team to support XOis long-term growth.
We are looking for someone with deep SaaS experience mastery of sales systems and a builders mindset - someone who thrives in ambiguity sees around corners and brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. This is a high-impact opportunity to leave your mark on a company redefining how the trades operate and to help XOi scale with the discipline insight and agility required for lasting success.
10 years of experience in Sales Operations Revenue Operations or GTM Strategy roles within high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
5 years in Sales Operations leadership owning the strategy structure and scale-up of teams and operational infrastructure to support rapid growth and evolving go-to-market needs.
Proven ability to drive operational excellence while remaining adaptable and responsive to evolving business needs.
Skilled in developing scalable pricing discounting and contracting frameworks that support growth and governance.
Deep understanding of SaaS business models with experience supporting both mid-market and enterprise motions.
Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levelsable to build hands-on systems while planning for long-term scale and sustainability.
High emotional intelligence and a collaborative approach to cross-functional leadership; known for driving accountability motivating teams and delivering outcomes.
You believe great leadership means showing up - for your team your mission and your people - and you are passionate about coaching others to reach their full potential.
Executive-level communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly.
Direct experience optimizing Salesforce (SFDC) for data hygiene pipeline visibility forecasting and process governance.
AI-curious or already evaluating and implementing AI tools or approaches to enhance forecasting sales productivity lead scoring or GTM decision-making
Demonstrated ability to create structure and process in environments where they dont yet exist.
Self-motivated with a high bar for quality and performance - someone who elevates the standard across teams.
Known for a vocal yet professional communication style - unafraid to have hard conversations to move the business forward.
Thrive in dynamic fast-paced environments where quick pivots and smart prioritization are critical.
A passion for or experience in field service management construction technology or industrial SaaS.
Deep expertise in and adjacent tools; Salesforce administration experience is a plus.
Highly analytical with advanced Google Suite and Excel skills; proficient in financial modeling and building compelling presentations in PowerPoint.
Strong curiosity about or active engagement in the power of AI in supporting all aspects of Sales Operations
