Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all plant operations and manufacturing processes to meet production targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with the production team to streamline processes aligned with lean manufacturing principles.
- Ensure that safety protocols and quality standards are strictly followed across the plant.
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation to optimize costs and improve profitability.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams for effective inventory and stock management.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to drive process enhancements and innovation.
- Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives.
