Role & Responsibilities
- Build APIdriven platforms and successful integrations with thirdparty systems
- Build lead develop and coach teams of top technical talent.
- Build scalable and reliable technology solutions at a rapid pace.
- Collaborate with product team and build a commercially successful product.
- Be responsible to recruit & lead a team of highly skilled software engineers and provide strong hands on engineering leadership.
- In addition architect and lead the engineering design and development for building inhouse products.
- Drive agility in create a strong team culture of responsiveness by leading by example and own decision making around prioritization for better predictability.
Ideal Candidate
- B.E / B.Tech or any other similar qualification with experience as a tech leader and people manager for at least 9 years
- Experience of managing teams and delivering highquality projects on time
- Experience with building developing and coaching teams of best technical talent in the Industry
- Experience with managing diverse teams and delivering highquality projects on time
- Deep understanding of technology and architecture in a highly scalable and available setup
- Experience with new open source technologies and their adoption into product development etc
