Overview
We are seeking a talented Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our agency you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial lines accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong account management skills and a passion for delivering excellent client service.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial lines accounts of construction accounts
Collaborate with clients to understand their risk management needs and develop tailored insurance solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters
Identify opportunities for account rounding and new business development
Stay updated on insurance trends market conditions and coverage options
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company guidelines
Qualifications
Proven experience in commercial lines account management
Strong knowledge of AMS 360 or similar agency management systems
Demonstrated success in managing accounts with premium volumes ranging from $100k$500k and $500k
Solid understanding of commercial lines coverages specifically in the construction industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
P&C license required
