Profile Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant Operations Coordinator or similar role.
  • Exposure to franchise operations quality assurance or compliance preferred.
  • Excellent organizational multitasking and communication skills.
  • Experience in SOP development and documentation.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Google Workspace and modern project management tools (e.g. Asana Trello or similar)..

Core responsibilities:

  • Provide highlevel administrative assistance including calendar management email coordination and meeting preparations.
  • Prepare reports presentations and internal communications as needed.
  • Assist in collating and following key actions from meetings.
  • Prepare Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Data/ Reports including flagging opportunities for improvement.
  • Review refine and document existing SOPs related to franchisee support performance and compliance.
  • Develop new Offshore SOPs to support the setup of a structured offshore franchise support and compliance function.
  • LinkedIn Management: Schedule posts engage with comments and help grow awareness of the Brand.
  • Site Research: Profile suburbs monitor platforms like Real Commercial and flag opportunities for new site consideration.

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
