Job Title: Senior Social Worker Adult Connecting Care Team Wakefield
Location: Wakefield
Pay Rate: 35/hour
Liquid Personnel is hiring a Senior Social Worker for their Connecting Care Team in Wakefield. Candidates must have SWE registration be eligible to work in the UK hold a degree in Social Work and have postqualified experience.
Requirements for the role:
- Demonstrate indepth knowledge and application of key legislation including the Care Act 2014 Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Human Rights Act 1998.
- Manage complex cases including assessments care planning and risk management.
- Apply expert practice in highrisk situations promoting enablement and selfdetermination.
- Work at a senior level supporting and supervising colleagues or students.
- Foster strong professional relationships and multiagency collaboration to achieve positive outcomes for individuals and carers
