Job Description
About the Role:
Tivoli sWorld Construction & Temp Agency is looking for reliable Maintenance Workers to support our clients by performing routine maintenance repairs and general upkeep of facilities and equipment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on skills and the ability to troubleshoot a variety of building systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general building maintenance and repairs (plumbing electrical carpentry painting)
Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs
Assist with HVAC filter changes lighting repairs and equipment lubrication
Respond to work orders and complete maintenance tasks promptly
Ensure work areas are safe clean and well-organized
Report major repair needs to supervisors
Follow safety protocols and comply with company policies
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Prior maintenance or handyman experience preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical plumbing HVAC and carpentry tasks
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Good physical stamina and ability to lift moderate weight
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
High school diploma or GED preferred
OSHA 10 certification a plus
Reliable transportation and valid driver s license
