Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and drive comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the public sector aiming to achieve business goals boost revenue and expand market presence.
- Monitor industry trends market conditions and competitive activities within the public sector to uncover opportunities and address potential challenges.
- Lead the design and refinement of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital traditional and experiential with a focus on public sector audiences.
- Collaborate with sales product and other crossfunctional teams to create impactful marketing programs that enhance customer acquisition retention and loyalty in the public sector.
- Utilize data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance measure ROI and make informed decisions to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Maintain and evolve the companys brand identity positioning and messaging across all platforms ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards in all public sector marketing efforts.
- Initiate and drive efforts to increase brand awareness perception and equity among public sector clients.
- Conduct thorough market research customer segmentation and competitive analysis to inform and refine marketing strategies for the public sector.
- Leverage customer insights and feedback to guide product development messaging and gotomarket strategies specific to the public sector.
- Promote a customercentric approach within the marketing team emphasizing the importance of understanding and addressing the needs of public sector clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and ROI preferably within the public sector.
- Experience in business with the public sector or in public sector roles is highly desirable.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing social media analytics and emerging marketing trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities.
- Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
