As a Customer Service Representative you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. Youll be responsible for answering customer inquiries providing solutions and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish.
Assist customers via phone email and chat
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve problems promptly
Update customer records and maintain detailed interaction logs
Collaborate with teams to continuously improve service quality
Ensure high customer satisfaction levels with every interaction
Fluency in Slovenian (written and spoken)
Good English proficiency
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office CRM systems)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
