Job Description

Description

We are looking to hire a Learning Design and Delivery Managerin our highperformance team in India. The Manager will be responsible for leading the design development and delivery of effective learning programs within an organization. This role involves creating innovative and engaging elearning solutions conducting training needs analysis and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives align with organizational goals. Additionally they manage the implementation of learning technologies monitor the effectiveness of training programs and provide continuous improvement recommendations. Ideal candidates possess strong leadership and communication skills expertise in learning development and the ability to manage multiple projects and budgets. This position is crucial for enhancing employee skills and knowledge through cuttingedge learning solutions.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Design and develop visually engaging learning materials including elearning modules infographics presentations and other multimedia content.
  • Utilize a variety of graphic design tools and software to create highquality visuals.
  • Uploading and maintaining learning materials such as videos documents and interactive content.
  • Conduct quality control (QC) to ensure all visual content is accurate errorfree and meets highquality standards.
  • Work with Learning partners and conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning objectives and performance gaps.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Knowledge of current technology as it applies to Learning software and systems.
  • Participate in RFPs by preparing and presenting proposals.
  • Develop detailed instructional design plans storyboards and scripts.
  • Develop and enforce process governance to maintain consistency and compliance in visual content creation and documentation. Build and maintain learning design guidelines
  • HTML/CSS/React/NodeJS/ custom spfx web parts for SharePoint
  • SCORM/xAPI trouble shooting.
  • Develop and manage policies and processes to support the deployment of learning solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience of 78 years with 2 years as a senior learning designer or design lead.
  • Proven ability to create engaging and effective learning materials
  • Ability to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Handson working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Premiere Aftereffects Articulate Story line Rise HTML CSS React/Node JS
  • Working knowledge of Oracle LMS

Educational Background:

  • Bachelors degree:Preferably in Arts Multimedia Human Resources or a related field.
  • Certifications:Relevant certifications in instructional design elearning or project management can be advantageous.
