• Proactivelyidentifyassessandrecruitqualifiedtalenttofulfillstrategicprojectsandinterimengagementsintheareasoffinanceandaccounting;includingbutnotlimitedtoSeniorAccountantsFinancialAnalystsAccountingManagersControllersDirectorsVPsofAccountingandCFOs.
• Generateleadsviaprofessionalrelationshipscandidateinterviewsandotherinteractionsthatsupportbusinessdevelopment/salesefforts.
• AchieveperformanceobjectivesrelatingtoactivityandindividualGrossMarginaccordingtojoblevelandlineofbusiness.
• Collaboratewithteammatestofulfillopenpositionsacrossotherlinesofbusinessand/ornationalpracticesasappropriate.
