What Youll Do

Strive is committed to building a valuesbased missiondriven organization. The Sr. Manager Marketing will be instrumental in leading Strives marketing efforts as well supporting some corporate communications tasks. This role is suited for someone who enjoys working as a marketing generalist and has experience leading and executing a wide variety of projects focused on digital content campaigns social media swag and events. Reporting to the Director of Communications and PR this role requires adaptability to changing business priorities and comfort in decisionmaking.

The Day to Day

• Lead and write marketing content and campaigns across all channels (e.g. StriveHealth LinkedIn X Facebook)
• Conduct regular content audits on StriveHealth
• Develop and execute a refreshed social media strategy
• Plan and execute 12 Strivehosted partner events per year help coordinate speaking and promotion logistics for leaders attending industry events and develop webinar event capabilities
• Own recognition content planning and including the corporate swag process
• Help maintain the MarComm content calendar to support content planning and efficiencies
• Compileperformancemeasurementreports to help measure marketing ROI
• Identify trends and insights to optimize content campaigns and brand reach

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Journalism or a related field
• 5 years experience as a marketing generalist

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience planning events start to finish and coordinating event logistics
• Experiencewith organic and paid social media Google AnalyticsLinkedIn Ads WordPress and HubSpot
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana
• Knowledge of Associated Press style and willingness to learn inhouse writing styles

Annual Base Salary Range: $108800 $136000
