The Mission
We are seeking a resultsdriven Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling professional services a deep understanding of cloud technologies (AWS preferred) and the ability to cultivate relationships with Clevel executives. This role is critical in driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities expanding existing client relationships and positioning Caylents expertise as a trusted advisor in cloud solutions.
Identify qualify and close new business opportunities within midmarket and enterprise accounts.
Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Clevel executives at client organizations.
Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding clients business challenges and positioning Caylents services to address their needs.
Partner with Caylents technical teams to craft tailored solutions including cloud migrations DevOps enablement and managed services.
Effectively communicate Caylents value proposition and ROI to prospective clients.
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful project and client satisfaction.
Partner with marketing and presales teams to generate leads and support sales initiatives.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the CRM system.
Provide regular forecasts and performance updates to sales leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this position is $350000. If you are hired at Caylent your On Target Earnings (OTE) is determined on factors such as skills experience geographic location and other market conditions.While its not typical for offers to be made at the top of the range please keep in mind that the On Target Earnings (OTE) is only one component of your overall compensation. Additionally you are eligible for the benefits bonuses and incentives as listed above in the job description!
