Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Representative to join our client services team. In this role you will support senior representatives in managing client relationships executing strategic plans and ensuring top-tier service delivery. Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day client communications and expectations
Coordinate project timelines deliverables and follow-ups
Prepare reports proposals and client-facing documentation
Monitor account performance and support strategic planning
Collaborate with internal teams (creative tech content) to meet client goals
Identify and address any account issues or opportunities for improvement
Attend client meetings and contribute to presentations
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field
02 years of experience in account management customer service or sales support
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
