We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in Dallas TX. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction solving problems and supporting project execution. You will work directly with senior account managers to ensure clients receive exceptional service and that all campaigns are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for assigned accounts and assist with client communications
Support the development and execution of client projects and deliverables
Prepare reports presentations and proposals for internal and external use
Maintain accurate records of account activity and client feedback
Assist in troubleshooting client concerns and provide timely resolutions
Coordinate with internal departments to meet project timelines and client expectations
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications Marketing or a related field
1-2 years of experience in a client-facing or administrative role (internships included)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
