Role: Junior Account Executive
Location: Munich
Language: German English
WFH policy: 3 days office (remote 1 week per half year via Workflex outside of Germany)
Industry: AI & Sensoring
Product: Parking lot optimization automation & monitoring
Size and functions of the local team: 4 SDRS (Munich) 1 SDR (Austria) SDR Teamlead 12 AEs incl 6 team leads

Role description:

  • Doing outbound pipeline generation for the target market and accounts in Germany and closing deals

  • Full cycle sales setting outbound meetings and closing them

  • Target attainment: The team did over 100 in 2023 this year they are ramping team to reach a similar outcome

  • Dealsizes / cycles:

    • Not measured in ARR but Signatures & parking lots based on volume.

    • The sales team needs to sell 24 parking lots per month per person depending on seniority

    • Cycles take several months

    • Bonus per parking lot gets paid monthly 450 520 EUR per deal)

  • Reveneu and funding

    • 30M revenue
      Series A bridge fund
      Profitability is very close

  • Hired an SDR for Poland (Patrick) who doing such a great job that everyone loves Patrick

  • He is making great opportunitiesand gets celebrated internally due to the impact he makes.

  • No elbow mentality really being supported and appreciated

  • Career development is super important (due to the high attrition rate) so they developed a full life cycle from SDR to AE to Key account or CSM

  • Company is close to profitability and has a strong productmarket fit and is still to go internationally fully!

Must haves:

  • 2 years of SDR experience very ready to start closing deals OR someone with 1 year closing experience in b2b and some SDR experience (proven trackrecord in cold outreach and generating pipeline in SaaS environment)

  • Wants to do cold calling and hunt their own pipe close deals with high level of hunger.

  • Strong sales character & aptitude

Nice to haves:

  • B2B closing experience in SaaS

Hiring process:

  • 1st interview TA (Helena)

  • 2nd interview Sales manager (BDR manager Felix)

  • 3rd interview case study final interview (with 2 strategic managers with sales) (Dominik & Vincent commercial director/ revenue)
    (Can be done in 2 weeks)


Feedback (who for first feedback who then afterward

  • Upload candidates to Lever with our notes

  • Felix and Helena would see it the same day 24hour feedback

Salary range & secondary benefits: up to 55K base bonus (over eached booked meeting uncapped) 100 kicker/Base depends on the background and experience of the candidate
