Role description:
Doing outbound pipeline generation for the target market and accounts in Germany and closing deals
Full cycle sales setting outbound meetings and closing them
Target attainment: The team did over 100 in 2023 this year they are ramping team to reach a similar outcome
Dealsizes / cycles:
Not measured in ARR but Signatures & parking lots based on volume.
The sales team needs to sell 24 parking lots per month per person depending on seniority
Cycles take several months
Bonus per parking lot gets paid monthly 450 520 EUR per deal)
