We are looking for
The Chief Of Staff will work closely with our CEO in managing the most critical strategic initiatives driving for hypergrowth. Serving as a member of the executive team the Chief of Staff will drive assessment of market development and strategic projects including Expansion M&A Talent Acquisition business operations and Product Development.
Youll be the right hand to the CEO physically working out of the same office. You will need to quickly understand every role and function across the company. Then you will take as much off his plate as possible.

As a Chief of Staff to CEO in Acqueon you will
- Drive Acqueons business strategy alongside the CEO from development through successful to meet our growth objectives.
- Create structure and focus for market development ideas that the executive team is exploring and bring forth recommendations for action.
- Manage strategic project planning executive meetings and leadership offsites.
- Proactively manage and assess CEO requests including requests from Press Sales Inquiries Business Partners Financial Partners and more. Delegate to Executive Admin as needed.
- Work with BizOps to drive company operating cadence (Planning OKRs Board Meetings)
- Build rapport with the leadership team and key crossfunctional stakeholders to serve as a catalyst for driving Acqueons future growth.
As a Director Chief of Staff in Acqueon you will need
- 8 years of experience in management consulting investment banking and/or leadership at a fastpaced startup environment that demands strategic thinking data analysis organization and collaborative communication.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and can interact with the highest level of leadership and build rapport with internal and external partners.
- Ability to coach and be coached. To give and receive tough feedback.
- Excellent knowledge of business operations corporate development and strategy.
- Proactive hardworking and resourceful in pushing progress forward and meeting accelerated timelines with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information using utmost discretion when working with CEO Executives and Business Partners.
- You are able to hybrid in Acqueons Dallas office.
